Our datacentre in Oxford provides a secure and resilient home for your servers. The datacentre is managed and monitored 24x7 by our own full-time team who are available to provide assistance when required.
We have diversely routed Internet connectivity to the datacentre and offer our clients a 99.9% network uptime guarantee. Power is provided through APC rackmount Uninterruptable Power Supplied (UPS) which is supported by on-site backup power generation with automatic failover in the event of mains power loss.
The datacentre temperature is fully monitored and we have redundant cooling systems in operation. Fire detection systems monitor the datacentre 24x7 with automatic escalation in the event of an activation.
